Route exclusions
Keep health checks and selected routes available.
Nuxt assets and the internal status endpoint are always exempt. Add exact paths or wildcard patterns:

* matches within one segment and ** crosses separators. Exclusions bypass HTML and JSON guards, so keep the list narrow.
